T2080 Processor integration with DDR

Hi Team,

We are using T2080 sereis Processor (Part # T2080NXE8M) in one of our project

1. as per requirement we need to integrate Processor T2080 with 8GB DDR3

2. Due to non availability of 8GB DDR3, we are using 4# 2GB DDR3

3. As per T2080 spec. 64-bit DDR3 memory controller with ECC support is available  then we wants to connect 4# 16-bit 2GB DDRs with T2080 Processor

4. Hence requesting you to please let us know these kind of hardware architecture is allowed and possible?

For the general support of DDR SDRAM device configurations, you could refer to QorIQ T2080 Reference Manual, page 510, Table 12-8. Supported DDR3 SDRAM Device Configurations

For the architecture is not included, should provide the specific configuration and datasheet to confirm.
