How much current flows through the 100 and 200 ohm resistors on SD_IMP_CAL_RX and SD_IMP_CAL_TX?

You forgot to mention processor's name. Values 100 and 200 ohm point to e.g. a P2020 like device. Maximum theoretical current can be calculated as XVDD / 100 Ohm = 10mA for 100 Ohm resistor and XVDD / 200 Ohm = 5mA for 200 Ohm resistor.
