Query regarding P1013 processor interfacing with 16 bit DDR3

We are Using P1013 power PC processor and we need to interface 16 bit DDR3 memory. But as per the P1013 datasheet it say it can support only 32/64 bit. Can you pleasd confirm if we can interface single 16 bit DDR3 with processor or we have to use two 16 bit DDR3.

The P1013 DDR controller does not support 16-bit SDRAM data bus. It requires at least for two 16-bit DDR3 memory devices.

The P1010/P1014 support 16-bit DDR3 SDRAM data bus.
