Mount

Hi, I have a new TWR-ls1021a  board.I can see there is a 1Giga nor flash on it. As such I would like to mount / into the norflash.(in order to keep my changes).In the preloaded system / is mount /dev/ram (I can see it in bootargs).Which device should I use to mount / into the nor flash? /dev/? Thanks
