Mode Configuration Registers!

Hi,

I am trying to interface DDR3 Memory with T1042. I want to know about the 16 "DDR_SDRAM_Mode_Configuration" registers. Can anybody please elaborate how to set them? Thank you!

Thanks! One more thing i would like to know. Is it necessary to program each and every register? What if we don't require a register?
