NXP does not have special layout requirements for the processors. High speed interfaces of each processor typically have special layout requirements. This relates to DDR3, DDR4 and SERDES interfaces. I can recommend following documents for each of mentioned topics:

AN3940 - DDR3 related application note, can be found on the www.nxp.com;

AN5097 - DDR4 related application note, can be found on the www.nxp.com;
