LS1043A JTAG Programming Connection

We are using LS1043A. I kindly request you to suggest us

1. what programmer should be used for programming LS1043A?

2. Programmer's operating Voltage level

3. Mating Connector part number of that programmer so that we can use it in our board.

4. Also if you have any datasheet for the programmer i request you to share the same to us.

What exactly do you mean by "programming LS1043A"?

Which board is in question?

The question is about JTAG Configuration Signals Connector, Standard Cortex Debug Connector given in Figure.99 of LS1043A datasheet.

Other questions about "programmer" still are not clear.

As per Figure.100 in LS1043A datasheet VDD is connected to 1.8V. Please confirm does the debugger supports/operates in 1.8V?
