In BSDL file for P3041 processor wrote:

	"WARNING: Correct operations of the 1149.6 EXTEST_TRAIN and EXTEST_PULSE    "&
	"require use of the IOCONFIG command with correct setting of IOCONFIG       "&
	"register bits per customer board design. Refer to the Hardware Spec.       "&

Where can I find information about the IOCONFIG register length and configuration bits?

How properly config IOCONFIG register to work with IEEE1149.6 commands?

The BSDL file refer to app. note AN3886 which describes IOCONFIG command and bits. This app.note was originally created for P4080 and currently has "peliminary, confidential" status.
