CodeWarrior Configuration Tools license

Hello, I'm using CodeWarrior for creating RCW-PBL configuration for T2080.

The Buy/parametrics page states the following:
Configuration Tools
These software tools are unlicensed and will work even if you choose not to purchase any suite.

Does this mean I can use the evaluation version indefinitely for this purpose, without the need for a license?

Currently I have in product licenses window: "license expiring in x days". Will I be able to continue using QCVS environment after it expires? If not can I extend it?

CodeWarrior QCVS PBL tool does not require a license.
