Blue Box: S32V boot from Flash

In Blue box, currently S32V boot from SD card. But we want to boot S32V from External flash. Blue box has a switch settings SW2 and SW3 to select a boot source for S32V. 

I am thinking that this switch is interfaced to RCON bit settings.

What bit position in switch(SW2 and SW3) will select S32V boot from Flash ?
