UART2_SIN is pulled down with 10kΩ.
When not using UART2 (DUART registers remain at their initial values)
1. Will it harm my device?
2. Would you like to receive data?
3. Is it possible for the CPU to be interrupted for some reason?
4. Is it okay if the Divisor setting value is zero?
