imx8mq low power mode

Hi,

We are working imx8mq custom board and require to put processor in low power mode in order to reduce power consumption. As per AN13400 there are two low power modes, 1) Wait and Stop Mode 2) DSM. We have tried DSM mode and it reduces power consumption but also want to try Wait and Stop Mode. So, how to put processor into this mode? 

NOTE: - There are some registers which needs to be configured as per AN13400 but how we can configure them?
