Why need different baudrate setting for same controller?

Hello,

  I have MCF52233CAF60 (M23E, QCK0824) micro controller MCF_UART0_UBG2 =  (60000000/(32*u32Baud));

and for another controller MCF52233CAF60 (3M23E, Q1214EW) MCF_UART0_UBG2 =  (60000000/(37*u32Baud));

for same baud rate of 9600 and 57600.

please tell me why this is happened?
