Hello shaul dorf:
I think the developers overlooked this for FRDM-K64F. The header is now labeled J4.
I reported this already, but in the meantime the fix is easy. Just open the PinSettings component and go to the Pins view mode. Then you can filter by J26 and change the User Pin/Signal Name:
Also, there are a couple changes between FRDM-K64F schematics Rev C -> Rev D -> Rev E, according to the board errata of the next link:
http://http//cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/errata/FRDMK64F_ERRATA.pdf
So please check the label at the back of your board and make sure you have the right schematics. According to the version you will need to adjust a couple more pin names, as next:
Rev C:
- No changes apart from J4 label.
Rev D:
- PTC10/PTC11 in header J4 are swapped.
- PTE24/PTE25 in header J2 are swapped.
Rev E:
- Changes in Rev D.
- PTB20 is connected to J6_3 and also to J4_9.
- PTC12 is connected to J2_2.
- PTA0 is NOT connected to J2_2, only to J11_1.
I am sorry for this inconvenience. Let me know if you have questions.
Regards!

Jorge Thanks;
As usual, fast and correct answer.
By the way I have an open half answer question posted on Jul. 2.
The question relates to” I/O with Host via OpenSDA”.
The discussion is located on Kinetis Design Studio and not in Kinetis Software Development Kit may be this is the reason.
The first part related to KL25Z has been answered by Erich, but the all issues pointed to K64F are still open.
