Using TPMxCLK

Could someone please explain to me how I can set up the MC9S08QE32 to use an external clock ref (TPMxCLK) on any of the timer modules, in PE. How do specify which pin is the input clk? How do I specify the xCLK frequency?

I am using Freescale Codewarrior 5.9.0
