Hi,

I tried PE for clocking purposes and I found out, that its impossible to reach an allowed FLL reference clock with  TWR-K60512

I can switch between external reference clock 50 MHz and 25 MHz (from TWR-SER).

Hello,

this behavior is correct and I think it corresponds to the PE documentation and the reference manual. In case you need to use the requested values its necessary to switch to the BLPE or PEE mode. Please note that the FLL clock is still running in FBE mode. For more details pleas see K60 reference manual (24.4.1.1 MCG Modes of Operation chapter).
