Fault LED is on MPC5775E

Hi,

Fault led is on when my power supply is connected. I am not using the powersupply came with the Evaluation Board as it is not suitable for UK. I need a converter for it. Do you think it is the power supply that is causing the problem as LED is not blinking when example project is downloaded.
