Short circuit test using Flex GUI with FRDMGD3160XM3EVM evaluation board

Hello Everyone,

I am currently using the FRDMGD3160XM3EVM evaluation board along with flex GUI to do a short circuit test on the XM3 module. I wonder what specific register I should configure to do the test.

I know that I should disable the DESAT, Is there any other thing I should do to protect the gate drive if the DUT fails?

For the 2LTO and SSD setting value which need IGBT/SIC vendor provide, GD3160 can't decide this parameters, you should communicate with vendor of SIC/IGBT then configure it into GD3160.

Thanks for your reply. My question is not about how to configure 2LTO or SSD. I am doing a short circuit test and those two things are disabled completely during this test. My question (is there any other registers I should configure while I am doing short circuit test ???)

For the short test you should get the SIC short parameters then use GD3160 to execute. Actual it depend on the request of SIC.
