BTW, 但在MC9S12ZVM系列的文件內, 就能找到其他相關IC的Part ID說明,

例如: MC9S12ZVMC256, Mask Set Number: 0N00R, Part ID: 0x00180000, Option: CAN

         MC9S12ZVMC256, Mask Set Number: 1N00R, Part ID: 0x00180100, Option: CAN

         MC9S12ZVML12, Mask Set Number: N06E, Part ID: 0x00170000, Option: LIN

Yes, it is already solved because we read the part ID is indeed 0x02070207.

Hello @hilodavid,

Unlike S12ZVM that mentioned, the MM9Z1_638 parts have just one ID:

0x02070207   (2N27G)

I think this is why it is not specified in the datasheet.
