After a follow-up question it was determined that the customer was asking for Rthja/Rthjc information. Attached is a spreadsheet to calculate Rthja and Rthjc for die and die plus pcb that will show thermal performance of the device.
I also included the ppap and CZ data related to die temp. Regards, Jim
