the differences between MPC8360E and MPC8360

Hi,

 I want to know the difference between the MPC8360E and MPC8360?

tell me the detail? because i want use the MPC8360 to replace the MPC8360E pin to pin in my board.

The MPC8360E does have Security Engine block (SEC), the MPC8360 does not. Other functions are absolutely the same between the devices. So if you do not use the SEC, either device can be used.
