Module：TIM0CH1 Set as input capture
Question： When I used BDM for background debugging, the input capture function worked fine .However, when the MCU was reset after a power on, the input capture function did not work properly.
My code was generated by processor experts,The specific configuration is shown in the figure below:

What does it mean that it does not work properly?
The MCU is in Special Mode during debugging but in Normal Mode after POR.
Some registers have a different read/write specification in the modes.
