I have purchased MPC860TCVR50D4 from the vendor recently. When I checked the part, thickness was different as below.
Thickness (should be) : 2.5MM ZQ/VR PACKAGE
Thickness (current) : Assumed 1.77MM ZP PACKAGE
When I checked the thickness it is 1.81mm, but I don't see that thickness from the website. (It only shows body 25 x 25 x 2.52mm)
Vendor advised me that it is BGA357 Package and it was a newer version which might be thinner for energy efficiency. I would like to verify from you if it is correct.
