The T1024 IBIS model is not public. So you should reach NXP support through create private request for the model file. Please

1. Open https://www.nxp.com/support/support:SUPPORTHOME
2. Press "Go to Tickets".
3. Login with your NXP login and password.

4. On opened "Group, Create and View your support cases" page click “+Add a new case”.
