Segger J-Link with LS1046A Freeway

I installed CodeWarrior Studio 11.5.2. I'm trying to add new connection for LS1046A Freeway. It seems the probe type is fixed to CWTAP. Is it possible to add segger J-Link in the connection? Thanks.

Yes, these are correct TAP and Probe Tip for ARM processors.
