SRIO Source code from AN2932

Hello.  I am looking to get the source code from the 2932 App Note.  We have a custom board with the MPC8548E processor and would like to use this demo code as a reference.  We have done a few builds with LTIB but have not located this code.  Is it available?  Thanks!!
