Replacement for MPC880CVR133

   I'm looking for direct replacement or any suitable alternate for MPC880CVR133. This IC has gone obsolete.

I found MPC8306SCVMABDCA with similar specs but any suggestions?

There are no drop-in replecements for MPC880. Besides MPC830x,
potential candidates can be P1010, LS1012, LS1021, LS1028, depending

on the requirements of the application.

Hi, 

   MPC880 seems to be low end processor. I'm looking for possibilities to replace with a micro controller with similar specifications. Same architecture would be helpful if available.

Main requirements:

32 bit single core with 32 Data and Addr lines

113Mhz core freq.

Fast ethernet: 10/100Mbps via MII/RMII

Memory: DRAM or above

Any recommendations?
