PC8548 when reads the data from the PCIE is and to write into the DDR2 CPU core intervention is required or not?

The CPU intervention is not required - i.e. PCI Express transactions targeting MPC8548 inbound ATMU with translation to a DDR2 SDRAM region are converted to direct memory read/write operations by the PCI Express interface.
