MPC8313 NAND Flash Boot reset command

Hi,

In my design I'm using MPC8313 processor. I got a problem with NAND chip obsolescence so manufacturer gives me proposal of a new device. Unfortunately the new one got statement that "Reset command needs to be applied before any operation".

Does FCM sends such command (0xFF) to the NAND flash during boot, before reading Reset Configuration Word ?

Reset command (0xFF) is common NAND flash command. It should be first command after system reset. I am sure the MPC8313 FMC sends such command (0xFF) to the NAND flash before read NAND page with Reset Configuration Word.
