MPC8313 GPCM LCLK Output Jitter

Is there any information on how much jitter can be expected on the GPCM LCLK output.

I couldn't find any information in the MPC8313EEC (MPC8313E PowerQUICC II Pro Processor Hardware Specifications, Rev. 4)

We do not have the 83137 LCLK jitter specs

However some measurements have been done:

Average jitter is 230ps, max jitter 420ps

Are those jitter measurements made from the MPC8313E reference design board? And are they RMS or Pk-Pk?
