We recommend using our CodeWarrior software for that purpose:

CodeWarrior Development Tools for PowerQUICC|Freescale

Please look default "Hello World" project in CodeWarrior for standalone project example code.

I have installed CodeWarrior 8.8.5version. But i did not find any Hello World example for MPC8308 in installed CW folder.

Please share me the link or NON OS based examples to realize all interfaces related to Evaluation board (MPC8308RDB).

Please press "File" - "New", enter project name and location, and select "EPPC New Ptoject Wizard". On the next screen select Freescale linker, than on the next screen - MPC83xx tab, MPC8308 device and board you are using, than language type C or C++ and debug probe type. Finally, generated default project will be standalone application for bare board.

alexander.yakovlev i have purchased MPC8308-RDB Evaluation board for my application development but it is of OS based so can you share any MPC8308 Non OS based applications for my reference.

Yes, MPC8308 is suitable for standalone applications.
