MPC8280 boot failure

Hello，

We have produced a batch of MPC8280 prototypes. After burning the boot, there are several prototype serial port printing information as follows:

The information in the red box is redundant abnormal information.After that, the processor gets stuck and cannot download system files through the debug network port.Do you know what caused this problem?

There is no issue with MPC8280 hardware.

Please address the request to the Wind River technical support and debug the software.

We have produced 100 prototypes, 10 of which are abnormal. The software is the same. For what reason do you think it is a software problem? Have you encountered the same problem before?

Can you provide a hardware design checklist for MPC8280? I want to confirm the considerations for hardware design.
