MPC8248 SDRAM calibration using Codewarrior 8.8

I am using MPC8248 and SDRAM (IS42S32800D-7TLI, IS42S32800J-7TLI), I need to calibrate the SDRAM registers using Codewarrior 8.8, and I need to bring up the MPC8248, please suggest me the document for SDRAM calibration and configuration.
