We purchased some MC7447AHX1000NB and then found the following questions that we would like answered.
1. The gold markings on the top of the components have discoloration.Is this oxidisation?What usually causes this and does it have an effect on usage?
2.Parts have corrosion growth on the passive components attached to the tops of the parts.Is this oxidisation? Does it have an effect on use?
3. The BGA's have a weird slant.Is this a normal process? Does it have an effect on use?
