We offer MPC8313E_RDB_K26_20081226-LTIB.iso as the latest release, we do not offer more recent Linux BSP.
It is possible to port any version of Linux kernel and U-boot, but this is out of scope of our company, our Linux support for this board is limited by versions provided in our Linux BSP. Freescale is not a software company, we provide Linux BSP on "free of charge" and "as is" basis.
