[LS2088A] There is no Codewarrior License file

Hi, Today, I downloaded and installed linux codewarrior evaluation software, CW_ARMv8_v2020.06_b200629GA_Linux_Offline.tar. I tried to flash my board with Codewarrior evaluation software. But I received License Error message which indicates there is no license.dat file. I searched the file in my installed directory, and found no license.dat file. How can I solve this problem? I entered Registration Code in with "CWX-ARCHT-EX_151607727" in https://www.nxp.com/webapp/swlicensing/activateEntitleHome.sp.

Is it correct Registration code for Codewarrior for QorIQ LS series armv8 ISA evaluation?

I cannot fix the problem, please give me the solution.

I generated license key in codewarrier evaluation software download menu.

But license period is 0 day, not 30 days.
