If anyone has references on JTAG structure(esp. inner SCR chain) of MPC8313?

I'm doing some jobs about JTAG of MPC8313. In order to unveil the inner-chip SCRs' structure  and control them, i need some references on registers and inner JTAG of MPC8313. If anyone has them and woud do me a favor? I'll be very grateful!
