fs23 sbc wake up method

hello 

       I am debugging power management function. when kl15 OFF , mcu(S32K312) enter standby and fs23 enter LPON.  but when KL15 ON , cmu wake up , but sbc can not wake up , and MCU can not control sbc V2 V3 .

       mu question is :  how to wake up fs23 , WAKE1  or SPI command  ?  is it related to OTP firmware ? thank you .
