While trying Ringo TEA2017/2 Development tool, I put on IC but it is not connected as below.
I would like to know which point could be checked to solve the following problems.

Did you follow the steps described in the application note UM11657 Ringo TEA2017 development software with GUI?

Please check section 3.7 Connection quality.
