PF8200 EVM does not connect

Using the PF8200FRDMEVM and I updated the SDK ok but the driver does not show up in explorer when I install usb cable without pushing the button so I cannot update the driver.  I cannot connect to it using Flex GUI.  The 8200 programmer works just fine ...  what's up?
