PF8200 Analog Core Supply Not Powering Up

I'm using the KITPF8200FRDMEVM to evaluate the PF8200 for a project. When I supply 5V to Vin I find that V1P5D powers up but V1P5A does not. Because of this it seems the OTP trim and load never occurs and the PF8200 regulator outputs never turn on. Is there a way to fix or troubleshoot this problem?

I don't know what you do for this EVB but V1P5D/V1P5A are the internal LDO of PMIC,once power up these two LDO has default output 1.5V.

I guess your EVB broken. You can try to change other new PMIC.
