Changing the boot switches should not affect the board’s behavior, even if it is powered on, since these switches are connected to GPIOs.
To rule out a power supply issue, I recommend trying a different power source. If the power supply is functioning correctly, a red LED should turn on. Additionally, if the PMIC is operating properly, a green LED should also be illuminated. Please refer to the attached image for the location of these LEDs.
If neither LED is on, check whether any component is getting unusually hot. If no overheating is detected, try measuring continuity on the power switch SW301 to ensure it is working properly.
If you're unable to identify the issue after these steps, please contact the distributor from whom you purchased the board to request warranty support.
