Hi,
I'd like to get your advises about internal regulators requirement.
I found below table on Hardware Development Guide for i.MX 6DualPlus/6QuadPlus, 6Dual/6Quad and i.MX 6Solo/6DualLite Applications Processors,
what is the meaning of this output voltage? This means minimum, or typical?
And, this power requirement for which series of I.MX6? Quad?Dual Lite? ,or the others?
Actually, what this table want to describe?

Hi,
I referred to below;
=============
●Datasheet - IMX6SDLCEC Rev. 9, 11/2018
https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/IMX6SDLCEC.pdf
This revision is old?
●AN - AN4576 Rev. 1, 3/2013
https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN4576.pdf
This revision is old?

Both document is posted on NXP website.
Which document should I refer to?
Br,
Yuji
Hello,
Use Datasheet - IMX6SDLCEC Rev. 9, 11/2018
https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/IMX6SDLCEC.pdf
Regards,
Yuri.
Hi, Yuri
Thanks for your answer.
And, please let me ask you about another question.
I found below table at page.7 on AN4576.
VDD_ARM_CAP voltage at 396MHz is 0.95V, but I think that is not satisfied with below operating ranges described on datasheet.
VDD_ARM_CAP=1.125V minimum
Could you teach me the detail about VDD_ARM_CAP requirement?
Br,
Yuji
Hello,
Use specifications of the recent (i.MX 6 S/DL) Datasheet(s). The data of the app note
are obsolete.
Regards,
Yuri.
Hello,
The mentioned table provides some nominal values for reference.
Refer to i.MX6 Datasheets and RMs for more details regarding the LDOs.

Have a great day,
Yuri
