How to explain the MC33665 TPL2 Message

I‘m learning the MC33665 datasheet .in "5.2.3"TPL2 protocol , the message lenght is 48bit,however the second 16bit data is larger than 16bit.how can i understund it

i mean MS =1bit, RADD=7bit, MADD=1bit,CADD=3bit,DADD=6bit, total is 18bit,that is larger than 16bit ?
