Is ABIST for FS26 automatically provided from the IC itself? or Do we need to configure it prior to receiving IC like OTP?

Hi Insoo,

ABIST is fully integrated inside the FS26 and is automatically available in the device. ABIST1 runs automatically at startup as part of the device’s internal safety checks. ABIST2 is available as an on‑demand test and can be triggered later during normal operation via SPI.

OTP is only used to configure the behavior and reactions related to ABIST, for example which domains or monitors participate and how the device reacts if an ABIST failure occurs (FS outputs, reset behavior, fault handling).
