Hi NXP,

What i can expect from this bit "EXT_RSTB" after doing power on reset? and also

please correct me if my understanding is correct.

EXT_RSTB Pin can report 0(No External reset) if RSTB asserted by SBC Reset.

EXT_RSTB Pin report (External reset) if RSTB asserted by MCU Reset.

Thanks for your support,

BR,

Sivahari

Hi Sivahari,

After POR, FS26 actively drives RSTB low during startup (LBIST/ABIST, power sequencing), this in not an external reset. Therefore EXT_RSTB=0.

EXT_RSTB Pin can report 0 (No External reset) if RSTB asserted by SBC Reset.

EXT_RSTB Pin report (External reset) if RSTB asserted by MCU Reset. Or other source.

Both of the above are correct.

With Best Regards,
Jozef
