Generating SD Card Image for P2020 / T1042

Hello community,

I am dealing with a problem with generating boot-image for following PowerPC/QorIQ Platforms:

- P2020
- T1042

My question is, can anybody give me some helpful info or links to information, how to generate an image for booting from SD card?
Especially, how to format sd card, where should be RCW placed, where PBL, U-Boot, DTB, and Linux ...?
Are there any tools or scripts under Linux/Yocto ..?

For the P2020 please refer to the NXP Linux SDK v1.9 Knowledge Center, 10.1 eSPI/SD/NAND Boot and 4.4.8.6.4 SD Deployment available at:

For the T1042 the NXP Linux SDK v2.0 is capable to generate complete SD card image (u-boot-sdcard) which has to be written to the SD card from offset block 8. For the deployment refer to the NXP Linux SDK v2.0 Documentation:
