mpc8248 processor FTDI FT313HQ driver porting

I am using mpc8248 processor custom board and the linux kernel version 2.6.20, I need to port the FTDI FT313HQ usb driver to linux, any body have the procedure to port, because this kernel version is pretty old, so please help me to port this USB support.
