Unique ID for MPC5675K

Hai all,

For my application I need an unique ID since I have more than one board with same MCU.

So I have gone through the data sheet and found Part ID 1(Plant and lot number in ASCII format) and Part ID 2(Wafer number and coordinates).

It is located in Test flash with an offset 0x0058 and 0x0060 respectively.

I need to know whether both Part Id 1 and Part ID 2 are unique or not for a particular controller?

I have just tried it with 2 devices and I can confirm both values are the same, thus this number is NOT unique.

As I know Unique Device ID is only available with MPC5676R, MPC5674F and MPC5644A (considering MPC56xx) and it is provided by System Information Module.
