    I can't find the details of the ME_PCTL  section in the MPC5606B Microcontroller Reference Manual. But I can find the details of the ME_PCTL  section in the MPC5602P Microcontroller Reference Manual. As shown in the figure(the MPC5602P Microcontroller Reference Manual) :
